Customer Service Awards Return for Their 10th Year

Chester BID's renown Customer Service Awards are back – and this year marks a major milestone as we celebrate a decade of recognising exceptional service in our city centre.

Now in their 10th year, these awards are still shining a spotlight on those businesses that continue to set the bar for fantastic service across Chester city centre.

And for 2025, we’re excited to introduce two brand new categories:

• Best Newcomer – recognising fresh faces making a big impression
• The Legends Award – honouring long-standing excellence
