Richard Skelton, Director of Utility Gift Store
We are thrilled to open our first store in Chester, especially given its proximity to our base near Liverpool. Chester has long been on our radar, and it’s a city where we already have a strong customer base. Our first weekend has been a huge success and far exceeded our budget expectations. Customer feedback has been amazing in terms of our retail offer and bringing a key vacant site back to life.
