The Ivy Collection announces the launch of The Ivy Edition; a carefully crafted new menu designed for guests who seek a refined and elevated dining experience. Launching on Wednesday, 13th May, this is a celebration of quality, exceptional produce, and artful execution.
Available at £34.95 for two courses or £41.95 for three, The Ivy Edition presents a curated array of dishes that blend timeless classics with contemporary flair. Developed by Group Executive Chef Mark Askew, the menu is driven by meticulous sourcing and a passion for bold, expressive flavours.
“We’re not simply serving dishes; we are creating a genuine sense of occasion,” says Askew. “When you cut into the new Truffled Chicken Kiev to reveal the rich wild garlic butter or taste the bespoke cure on our Severn & Wye salmon, you understand the intention behind this menu. We’ve worked closely with exceptional suppliers, allowing the quality of the ingredients to speak for itself.”
The Ivy Edition is anchored by close partnerships with key producers. Severn & Wye has crafted a bespoke smoked salmon exclusively for the Collection, whilst the distinctive, complex sweetness of Black Bee Honey brings a rich depth to the menu’s standout starter: a creamy, luxurious Stracciatella, served with bitter leaves and crisp croutons.
Main courses are designed to deliver both comfort and exceptional depth of flavour. The Truffled Chicken Kiev reimagines a timeless classic, enriched with an earthy wild garlic butter and paired with a silky, butter-rich mashed potato. For a more delicate but equally refined option, the Roasted Salmon Supreme is elevated by a vibrant pink peppercorn hollandaise, whilst the Yellowfin Tuna Steak offers a bright, contemporary alternative.
Showcasing the kitchen’s versatility and flair for vibrant, globally inspired flavours, the menu also features a masterfully spiced Keralan Vegetable Curry, proving that bold, satisfying cooking takes many forms.
