This summer, Cosy Club is inviting guests to settle in, slow down and savour the season with the arrival of its brand new summer menu. A celebration of long lunches, relaxed afternoons and flavour packed seasonal dishes.
There’s a particular quality to a Cosy Club afternoon in summer. The light hits just right. Olives arrive, as they should. A bottle gets ordered before anyone’s officially decided. Lunch stretches, conversations loosen, and suddenly no one’s checking the time. Their new menu has been designed for exactly those moments.
Standout dishes include the Buttermilk Chicken Milanese, golden and crispy, topped with a free-range egg and finished with truffle, alongside the Herb-Crusted Roast Salmon Fillet served with a delicate velouté and vibrant seasonal greens. For lighter dining, guests can enjoy the fresh new Bulgur Wheat & Pickled Green Apple Salad, combining tenderstem broccoli, peas, smashed cucumber, toasted sunflower seeds and honey yoghurt with preserved lemon vinaigrette for a dish that’s bright, fresh and full of texture.
Classic summer favourites also return in style, including the Caesar Salad, layered with crisp leaves, smoky bacon, roasted chicken, a perfectly cooked egg and generous dressing. Seafood lovers can also enjoy the Open Norfolk Smoked Salmon Sandwich, perfect for laid back lunches that effortlessly drift into afternoon drinks.
And dessert is, naturally, non-negotiable.
Guests can finish with rich, coffee soaked Tiramisu, creamy mascarpone cheesecake topped with strawberries, mint and white chocolate, or tropical flavours of coconut, mango and lime from their Panna Cotta.
