Chester Visual Arts: Reprint

Poster for RePrint, 3 Oct-15 Nov at Chester Visual Arts, a contemporary printmaking retrospective by 21 artists.

Chester Visual Arts brings new contemporary printmaking retrospective featuring the work of 21 exceptional printmakers to Chester. Free Entry.

If you have ever wondered about printmaking and the various techniques involved, you can step among highly acclaimed printmakers, witness their stunning works and experience the development of their chosen styles and methods at Chester Visual Arts newest exhibition, RePrint.

This large scale printmaking retrospective will showcase the exceptional work of over 20 professional printmakers who are experts in their particular print method and technique. The show will explore definitions of printmaking and explain how each method differs from each other and has been developed by the displaying artists.

All works will be for sale and will help continue to support these artists but also enable Chester Visual Arts to keep bringing the art of the Northwest home to Chester.

The exhibition will run from 3rd October through to 15th November, open Wednesday to Sunday 11am-4pm. You will be able to find RePrint inside the Chester Visual Arts space at the Grosvenor Shopping Centre.
