Exchange Square at Chester Northgate will come alive this summer with a three-day Caribbean Festival in partnership with Turtle Bay and Carib, bringing good food, music and cultural activity to the heart of the city.

Taking place from Friday 29th May to Sunday 31st May the event will run from 12pm to 9pm on Friday and Saturday and 12pm to 8pm on Sunday. The festival is being delivered in collaboration with Turtle Bay, with support from brand partners including Carib Brewery, bringing an authentic Caribbean feel to Exchange Square.

The open-air BBQ by Turtle Bay will champion food from Geoff Hughes Family Butchers and Chester Market Fishmongers – expect Jerk, Jerk and more Jerk! In addition to the tasty food offer, Carib will have a pop-up bar, where guests can sign up for a free drinks token. There will be live dance performances from The University of Chester’s Dance Society.

The event forms part of an ongoing programme of activity at Chester Northgate, designed to bring people into the space and support the growing mix of occupiers across the scheme.

The Caribbean Festival is free to attend, with no booking required. Guests can claim a free drink by signing up to the Chester Northgate newsletter here. 1 free drink per person across the weekend. T&Cs apply.
