Hickory's was born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, where they learnt all things smokin’ from the best pitmasters across the region. Their menu is the result of 25 trips to over 80 towns and cities across the Southern States and counting.

From smokehouse classics and barbecue favourites, all served up by a team of passionate pitmasters, brilliant bartenders and sensational servers - they're all about rolling out that warm Southern hospitality!

A New Menu Has Arrived!

Hickory’s has been busy behind the scenes, and their latest menu brings a fresh mix of flavours to the table. Inspired by their latest travels through the Southern States, you’ll discover a new line-up of dishes & drinks alongside the Hickory’s favourites you already know & love.

From lighter bites to plates made for sharing, there’s even more to choose from – perfect for everything from laid-back lunches to long sociable meals, and those get-togethers that turn into something worth celebrating.

They’ve also given brunch a fresh twist with some brand-new dishes, giving you even more ways to start the day. And, with the warmer days ahead, they’ve added a range of seasonal dishes, bringin’ the flavours of Spring & Summer to the Smokehouse.

Ready for some new Southern sips? Their bar team have been shakin’ things up. Think easy-drinking favourites, fresh flavours and the kind of serves you’ll want to keep in hand all season long. Whether you’re stopping by for one or settling in for a while, there’s plenty to sip, savour & come back for more.

Let’s Brunch

Brunch has got to be the most fun and certainly the most sociable meal of the day.

There are few things more enjoyable than a long leisurely meal eating great food with your favourite people. The Americans seem to understand this more than most, & the Southern States in particular make it a real event.

Hickory’s brunch menu has something for everyone, from Southern States to twists on classics, plus a couple of stacked showstoppers. Paired with a freshly brewed ‘Cup of Joe’, iced coffees or sweet teas, start your day the Hickory’s way!

A Taste Of The South

Authenticity is absolutely key for Hickory’s and that starts with their smokers. Anything good is worth waiting for, right? Their Authentic grain-fed brisket is smoked for up to 16 hours in their ‘Ole Hickory’ Smokers from Missouri & their Southern Pride smokers from Tennessee. These smokers are the heart of Hickory’s, so be sure to make a pitmasters day & ask for a tour next time you join them!

Their Smokehouse selection is cooked low ‘n’ slow, bringing out deep, authentic flavours inspired by the American South.

It takes more than a smoker to make their meat fall-off-the-bone tender though. It’s the skill and passion of their pitmasters who have all been trained in the art of barbecue. Hickory’s even have a saying… “Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear aprons.” And their pitmasters are their heroes.

The Smokehouse menu celebrates exactly this. Think stacked trays, platters for when you want a bit of everything, and traditional authentic staples you’d find in any Smokehouse in the states.

Not in the mood for something smoked? No problem. You’ll also find comforting classics, lighter options and plenty of variety across the menu – so everyone leaves happy.

And whatever you do… don’t skip over the appetisers and desserts. Trust us, they’re worth saving room for!

Whether it’s after-work drinks, pre-dinner cocktails or just a laid-back sip, their neighbourhood bar is the place to be.

From homemade sodas, hard shakes to, frozen & signature cocktails, Southern-inspired spritz’ and spirit selection. They’ve also got a full range of ice-cold beers and over 25 bourbons they’ve collected on our trips across the states!

Little guests are a big deal at Hickory’s. Their Children’s Menu is designed with families in mind, offering a balanced mix of familiar favourites, lighter choices and fun treats – perfect for small (or big) appetites. With family-friendly spaces to keep them entertained, including a movie room, it’s a win for grown-ups too.
