With Southern-inspired favourites, BBQ dishes, lighter options & refreshing drinks, there’s something to suit every kind of lunch break.
So, whether you’re stepping away from the office or making an afternoon of it, pull up a chair and enjoy a taste of the Deep South.

A Taste Of The South
Authenticity is absolutely key for Hickory’s and that starts with their smokers. Anything good is worth waiting for, right? Their ‘Ole Hickory’ Smokers from Missouri & their ‘Southern Pride’ smokers from Tennessee are set right into the heart of our restaurants.
Their Smokehouse selection is cooked low ‘n’ slow, bringing out deep, authentic flavours inspired by the American South.
It takes more than a smoker to make their meat fall-off-the-bone tender though. It’s the skill and passion of their pitmasters who have all been trained in the art of barbecue. Hickory’s even have a saying… “Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear aprons.” And their pitmasters are their heroes.
The Smokehouse menu celebrates exactly this. Think BBQ trays made for sharing, platters for when you want a bit of everything, and traditional authentic staples you’d find at any Smokehouse in the states.
Not in the mood for something smoked? No problem. With a wider choice of dishes, there’s something for everyone to get stuck into with families & friends and for those “I can’t decide” kind of moments.

Whether it’s after-work drinks, pre-dinner cocktails or a laid-back catch-up with friends, their neighbourhood bar is the perfect place to settle in and sip awhile.
From homemade sodas & hard shakes to frozen favourites, signature cocktails & Southern inspired spritzes, there’s plenty behind the bar to keep things interesting. You’ll also find ice-cold beers, including their very own Hickory’s Pale Ale, a full selection of spirits and 25+ bourbons collected on our travels across the States.
Whatever you’re sippin’, pull up a chair, settle in & raise a glass.
Thank Hicks It’s Friday
What better way to celebrate the end of the week & say “Thank Hicks it’s Friday” than listening to the sounds of the Deep South with a drink (or two) in hand!
Think £6 cocktails mixed to perfection, a pint of Driftaway IPA for just £4, a glass of wine for only £5, and the ultimate Southern classic non-alcoholic for a sweet £3.

Little guests are a big deal at Hickory’s. Our children’s menu is designed with families in mind, offering a balanced mix of familiar favourites, lighter choices & fun treats – perfect for small (or big) appetites. With family-friendly spaces to keep them entertained, including their movie room and Fro-Co station… it’s a win for the grown-ups too.
