SANTA’S ENCHANTED GROTTO

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION:

Chester's ever-popular Santa's Enchanted Grotto will be returning to Chester City Centre this Christmas, for it's fifth year!

From Friday 21st November through to Christmas Eve, get ready to step into the spotlight for an immersive, festive, movie-inspired journey guided by the Jolly Enchanted Elves, ending with a personal visit with Santa himself.

The grotto will be located within St Michael’s Row inside the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, filled with seasonal sparkle and Christmas spirit.

Each experience will last around 30 minutes, and each child will receive a gift from Santa to go home with.

SEN, quieter sessions will be run on 29th November, 6th, 12th and 22nd December from 10am-11am.

BOOKINGS:

• We highly recommend that you pre-book your visit online.
• Children must be supervised by an adult.
• Child Ticket: £14 (includes gift from Santa)
• Adult Ticket: £6
• School Bookings receive 10% discount 

ACCESSIBILTY:

• The main event is on the first floor via a stair case. There is no lift.
• A pre-bookable accessible entrance is available to those who require it (E.g. Wheelchair Users, Mobility Scooters). If the accessible entrance is required please email info@aardvarker.com
• A pram park is on the ground floor at the main entrance.

CHARITY PARTNER:

We are proud to announce the charity partner for Santa’s Enchanted Grotto 2025 is once again Platform for Life, a Chester-based charity which offers local counselling and play therapy for families who would not otherwise be able to afford it. There will be the opportunity to donate to this worthy cause on site.
