Get ready for a transformative one-day event designed to empower business leaders, HR professionals, and EDI practitioners with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to create neuro-inclusive workplaces. Hosted at Chester Racecourse by Petty Pool, this summit brings together experts, thought leaders, and neurodivergent individuals who are passionate about driving change in the workplace and ensuring that every employee has an opportunity to thrive, and that organisations can benefit from a diverse team.

Speakers & Panellists include:

  • Alex PartridgeFounder of LadBible, UniLad and host of the ADHD Chatter Podcast. Alex will share how his neurodivergence has impacted his career as one of the UK’s young entrepreneurs – becoming a millionaire before 25 after founding UniLad and LadBible. He now hosts the ADHD Chatter podcast, and will share how his journey has shaped his businesses, and entrepreneurial journey, and how employers can be truly inclusive.
  • Dan BirdStar of Traitors Season 3, Author of ‘Go Neuro-way’ and Banking Professional. Dan Bird rose to fame after recently revealing on the recent series of BBC’s Traitors that he was diagnosed with autism in his 20’s. Holding a corporate job in finance, and recently authoring a book about travelling with Neurodivergence, Dan will share how his autism impacts all areas of life, yet can be harnessed as a benefit for both individuals and organisations. He’ll also be sharing about his time on the Traitors, and how his autism shaped the experience!
  • Katie Lewis Managing Director at The Ice Cream Farm, and Inclusive Employer Advocate. Katie Lewis is the Managing Director of The Ice Cream Farm in Tattenhall, Cheshire – home to the world’s largest ice cream shop and a multi-award-winning family attraction. Under her leadership, the Farm welcomes over 400,000 visitors annually and was recently named Visitor Attraction of the Year at the Marketing Cheshire Tourism Awards. Katie is committed to making the Farm accessible and inclusive, with initiatives that reduce financial barriers for families and strengthens community partnerships. She’ll share why being an inclusive business is not only the right thing to do, but gives the Ice Cream Farm a competitive edge, and how they support neurodivergent employees and customers at the ice cream farm.
  • John Denny- CEO at Cheshire Connect John is the CEO of Cheshire Connect, which brings together businesses and charities to ensure that the needs of the beneficiaries for whom a given charity was founded are met. Cheshire Connect also provides leadership development programmes to charity leaders and is developing bespoke training packages for the charities and businesses that are part of the wider Cheshire Connect network. John is also a consultant with clients across various sectors and currently serves as the Chair of the Merseyside Police Independent Scrutiny Group. At the summit, John will share the power of partnering with charities for businesses and organisations.
  • Sally GarrattCEO at The Petty Pool Trust Sally is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and empowering young people to achieve their full potential. Her leadership has been instrumental in Petty Pool being recognised among the top five Best Companies to work for in the Education and Training sector, highlighting her commitment to staff development and organisational excellence.
