Chef’s Table x tbc* – Over the Bar Top

For one night only, Chef's Table and tbc* are joining forces...

On 12th May, Chef’s Table will be joining the team at tbc* Bar for a one-off guest appearance as part of tbc*'s 'Over the Bar Top' series.

Recently named a “One to Watch” in the Top 50 Bars 2026 list, tbc* has built a reputation for some of the most thoughtful and refined cocktails in the city, and for this evening, Chef's Table will be stepping into the world of tbc*.

Expect a six-course tasting menu, entirely vegan, created specifically for the occasion. In keeping with tbc*'s playful approach, each dish draws on a theme where ingredients subtly follow the rhythm of T, B, and C, a constraint that’s led to a menu as creative as it is considered.

Alongside this, tbc* will be pouring seven drinks, including an arrival cocktail, each one paired to the menu and built around spirits from Berry Bros. & Rudd. Expect an evening that moves seamlessly between kitchen and bar, with both working in close dialogue.
