Champagne Tasting at Chef’s Table

To celebrate the relaunch, Chef's Table's first event in their newly refurbished lounge will be an evening dedicated to Champagne.

Join them on Tuesday 21st April at 7pm for a relaxed Champagne tasting hosted by Thibault Lopin, Export Manager for EPC Champagne, the Épernay-based house that prides itself on traceability in every cuvée. From vineyard origin to grape composition, each bottle tells the story of exactly where it comes from and how it was blended, offering a rare level of openness in Champagne.

Thibault will guide us through four EPC Champagnes, each representing an iconic style of Champagne - Brut, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, exploring what makes each one unique and how grape variety, village and terroir shape their character.

Alongside the wines, they’ll serve a selection of plates designed to complement the Champagnes, making this a relaxed and sociable way to experience their new concept.

Whether you’re a devoted Champagne drinker or simply curious to learn more, it’s a great opportunity to meet the producer, taste something new, and see the lounge in its new splendour.
