Chefs Table welcomes Château Ksara for the next of their upcoming wine evenings - 5 Courses + Wines
It’s a region often overshadowed by the familiar names of Tuscany or Bordeaux, yet one with nearly two millennia of viticultural history. Founded by Jesuit monks in 1857,on land first cultivated by the Romans, the estate holds a unique place in the story of Middle Eastern winemaking.
This dinner offers a chance to explore it properly, through a menu designed to complement and elevate each wine in turn. A different style of evening for Chefs Table — and one they’re very much looking forward to sharing.
