A NIGHT OF DOLLY PARTON AT THE IVY

A Dolly Parton-inspired celebration bringing a taste of Nashville to The Ivy restaurants across the UK and Ireland from 25th September.

Touring 26 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, A Night of… Dolly Parton will combine The Ivy’s signature dining experience with live entertainment celebrating Dolly’s legendary catalogue and larger-than-life style, bringing a little Nashville glamour to restaurants from Belfast and Dublin to Brighton, Edinburgh and Leeds.

From 9 to 5 to three courses, the celebrations continue at the table with a specially created menu designed for the occasion. For £60 per person, guests can enjoy three courses, a side and a glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne, with dishes spanning Ivy favourites and plenty of tableside theatre.

To start, guests can choose from Steak Tartare with Toast, Hand-pulled Burrata with Olive and Sun-blushed Tomato Tapenade, Whipped Feta, Fig and Candied Pecan Salad, or Gratinated Scallop and Prawns with truffle spinach and lobster velouté.

Mains include Chicken Escalope Caesar, Salmon Supreme and Caviar, Grilled Centre-Cut Fillet Steak with Brandy Peppercorn Sauce, and Tableside Mafaldine Pasta with artichoke, courgette, sun-blushed tomatoes, olives and capers in a roasted red pepper sauce.

For a suitably showstopping finale, the Flambéed Crème Brûlée is flamed tableside, alongside The Ivy favourites including the Chocolate Bombe, Half-baked Cookie and Sticky Toffee Pudding finished with salted caramel sauce, clotted cream and gold flakes.
